Strawberry & Creme Smoothie

Yields1 Serving

 ½ cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
 ½ Raw Zucchini (best if frozen but can be raw)
 1 cup Almond/Coconut Milk (or Milk of your choice)
 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
 3 tbsp Yoghurt (of your choice)
 1 Scoop Protein Plain or Vanilla Protein Powder or Collagen protein (of your choice)

Blend all ingredients in a blender, Nutri-Bullet or Nutri-Ninja.


Add extra water and ice at the end to taste
