Please note that we do not put macronutrient profiles on our recipes. The team at MKNH believes in long term dietary changes which centres around Balanced & Intuitive Eating. This means that we do not believe in strict meal plans or good foods VS bad foods. We believe in beautiful, messy, tasty, colourful, inviting FOOD that makes us feel energised, happy, full and belong to a community. A lot of our meals are a blend of Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Low GI, High Fibre, Low FODMAP and are adjustable by swapping out ingredients. We try to keep the ingredients list short (because who could be bothered with a 15 ingredient dish) and focus on minimally processed food.
There is a place for every meal at the table, it’s just that some are going to be there more than others.
