Monique has particular experience with hormonal imbalances such as PCOS, Acne, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Menopause, Infertility and irregular or uncomfortable periods. She also assists with digestive concerns (SIBO, food intolerances, FODMAPS, bloating, constipation diarrhoea), nutrient deficiencies, Food/Chemical sensitivity & Mood disorders.
A Qualified Naturopath and Mum of two, Bridget has special interests in all areas of Hormone Dysfunction. She has extensive experience in Thyroid dysfunction, Autoimmune Disease, Hormone imbalances, Weight management, Peri-Menopause, Post-Menopause, Fatigue, Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Care.
Bridget has been in the industry for over 9 years and continues to grow her knowledge through studying her Masters. She loves to incorporate Functional Testing (such as stool testing, food intolerance, food allergy testing & blood pathology). She also likes to work alongside medical specialists and General Practitioners to provide complete holistic care.
Alana is a qualified Naturopath with a keen eye for all digestive problems and food intolerances. Her clinical experience shows how many health concerns originate from or are heavily influenced by your digestive health – be that fatigue, skin concerns, hormonal issues or mood disorders.
Alana loves helping her clients navigate the confusing world of food intolerances and help answer the question of “why am I so bloated”. She utilises Functional Testing (SIBO, Food Intolerance Testing, blood pathology, stool tests) as well as in depth consultations to help you figure out what is going on. You will love Alana’s vibrant personality as she helps you on your health journey.
Angela is a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist & Herbalist who incorporates effective functional testing tools such as Food Sensitivity Testing, Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis, SIBO Breath Testing, Urinalysis, Hormone Testing, Candida & Coeliac testing (and more) to identify underlying causes of her client’s health conditions. She believes in providing education on issues relating to personal health which she does one on one with her clients and via her podcast “Healthy Living with Angela Busby” (link in Bio or find in Apple Podcasts).

Rachel is an empathetic and compassionate practitioner with a passion for holistic medicine. Having studied Chinese medicine and with a background in remedial massage, Rachel sees the many functions and systems of the human body and how they work together, in unison to create life-long health and vitality.
Rachel strives to pin-point and address the underlying cause of your symptoms to help achieve long-lasting results with a variety of treatment options. Rachel has a range of skills including, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, guasha, massage, Chinese dietetics, Chinese exercise therapy and Chinese patent herbal formulae. Her extensive knowledge in these areas helps to assist her clients in reaching their health goals in a safe and nurturing environment.
Rachel treats clients with a variety of different symptoms, though having had her own experience with hormone imbalance, Rachel has a particular interest in treating women’s health for hormonal imbalances, PCOS, Endometriosis. She also assists with Fertility, IVF and Pregnancy support. Rachel has a wonderful calming energy which helps when she is treating clients for Anxiety, Depression and sleep concerns.
